Together we will look at how many meals you and your family need and come up with an appropriate quantity and price that fits your personalized plan. So whether your single, a couple, or a big family, we can work together on a meal plan that fits your needs.

Each week I will write a menu that will excite and keep you guessing while repeating dishes you loved and really spoke to you! Your input on menus is always valued and encouraged so that together we can achieve the goal of creating food that you really look forward to eating!

Food always plays an integral role at any social gathering. I would love to cater your next special occasion! Let’s work together to create a menu that you love and suits your needs. I use all organic ingredients, source produce from local farms whenever possible, toast and grind my own spices, and when menu planning, I am always thinking about seasonality and using what’s fresh and as local as possible!

The food can be served in a number of different ways, like family style, buffet style, passed hors d’ oeuvres, or plated. So whether it’s a romantic dinner for 2, a birthday party, meeting for work, office party, a retreat, shower, graduation, retirement party or hey, a party just to have a party, I’d love to be a part of it! I am based out of Brooklyn but willing to travel anywhere in the tri-state area. Pricing is determined on a case by case basis after a brief email or phone exchange so I can better determine your needs!

Hey! I’m Brian. Through my travels, in field experience since the age of 13, my culinary training at The Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, and a life as a musician, I’ve cultivated my style to take chances with flavor and ingredient combinations while maintaining a simplicity that can be easily relatable. Great food starts with great ingredients. I source all produce from local farmers markets and specialty stores using organic everything whenever possible. You can taste and feel the difference!

Being a vegetarian for 25 years and cooking for most of my life, I have a deep understanding of how to create balance with color, texture, and flavor, getting the most out of each and every ingredient. I love using freshly ground spices, citrus, and herbs to achieve the umami all our palettes crave!

I specialize in vegan and vegetarian cuisine from around the world. I am equally comfortable and passionate cooking New American , Indian, Italian, and Asian cuisine with my own twist!
