Through my travels, in field experience since the age of 13, my culinary training at The Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, and a life as a musician, I’ve cultivated my style to take chances with flavor and ingredient combinations while maintaining a simplicity that can be easily relatable. Great food starts with great ingredients. I source all produce from local farmers markets and specialty stores using organic everything whenever possible. You can taste and feel the difference! Being a vegetarian for 25 years and cooking for most of my life, I have a deep understanding of how to create balance with color, texture, and flavor, getting the most out of each and every ingredient. I love using freshly ground spices, citrus, and herbs to achieve the umami all our palettes crave! I specialize in vegan and vegetarian cuisine from around the world. I am equally comfortable and passionate cooking New American , Indian, Italian, and Asian cuisine with my own twist!
